Level 1
Foundation

Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Pole, or equivalent experience.
Comfortable with basic climbs, sits, and at least three static spins.

Build the foundations everything else grows from.

Learn to link individual moves into longer combinations, explore your first inversions close to the ground, and build the strength and endurance needed for future classes.

At this level, we introduce separate Static and Spin classes. We recommend starting with the Static Pole to build a solid foundation before exploring Spin Pole.

Moves you can expect:

Wrist Sit · Teddy · Floor Genie · Stargazer · Invert

Level 1.5
IMPROVER

Prerequisites: Comfortable with Level 1 foundations.
Able to perform side pull-ups, fan kicks, ground-based kick inverts, and hands-free Stargazer.

Build a stronger, more confident invert.

This class focuses on developing your invert strength and control, helping you feel more confident entering and holding inverted positions on the pole. You'll also begin incorporating more targeted mobility and flexibility training to support your progress.
